ReturnsEligibility for Returns:

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable Items: Gift cardsDownloadable software products Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Proof of Purchase:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

RefundsProcessing Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping / Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Time:

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchanges Defective or Damaged Items:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  support@gadget-emporia.com and send your item to: [Your Return Address].
